Healthcare Professionals Benefit Terms

Eligibility and availability

This offer is available to eligible new residential nbn customers who are healthcare professionals or live with a healthcare professional at the service address. You must confirm your household eligibility at checkout; no employment evidence upload is required.

Eligible plans are 500/50, 750/50 and 1000/100 on nbn FTTP or HFC connections, subject to service availability at your address. Business, OptiComm, Fixed Wireless and other speed tiers are excluded.

Promotional pricing

For the first 12 months from service activation, the base monthly plan fee is $79.95 for 500/50, $89.95 for 750/50 and $99.95 for 1000/100. After the first 12 months, the respective base monthly plan fees are $89.95, $99.95 and $109.95, unless you change plan or cancel. All prices include GST.

After the 12-month promotional period, prices may change in accordance with your agreement, with at least 30 days' written notice of any increase and applicable cancellation rights. This does not permit an increase during the promotional period or override any separately applicable 2-Year Price Lock.

How to apply

Enter LIVAHEALTH in the promotion field at checkout, confirm your household eligibility and select Apply. The discount applies only when the code is successfully applied to an eligible plan. Copying the code alone does not apply the discount. Check the price in your order summary before proceeding to payment.

Other offers and optional extras

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Internet and security free trials are not included. Optional security products may be purchased separately at the prices shown at checkout, subject to their applicable terms.

The promotional price applies to the base internet plan fee only. Equipment, delivery, installation and optional add-ons are charged separately where applicable.

Service agreement and cancellation

The service is supplied month-to-month with a minimum term of one month. The applicable Critical Information Summary (CIS) and General Terms set out payment and cancellation conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to this offer

LIVA Telecom may vary or withdraw this offer for future orders. Eligible orders already accepted retain their agreed promotional price and promotional period, subject to the terms accepted with the order.
