LIVA Exclusive Code offer
These terms apply when a LIVA Exclusive Code is validated and successfully applied during checkout.

The LIVA Exclusive Code offer is available to customers who have received a valid code through an eligible LIVA offer. A valid LIVA Exclusive Code must be entered, confirmed and successfully applied during checkout.
The eligible plans, exclusive pricing and offer period depend on the LIVA Exclusive Code applied.
The legacy code LIVAEX is accepted as an alias of LIVA2Y during the same offer period and provides the same eligible plans, promotional pricing and applicable benefits. It is not a separate or combinable offer.
LIVA2Y is available to eligible new Residential and Business Essential nbn® customers on 500/50, 750/50 and 1000/100 plans. Business Pro, OptiComm and Fixed Wireless plans are not eligible for LIVA2Y.
After the first 24 months from service activation, the plan continues month-to-month at LIVA Telecom's then-current standard monthly price for that plan, unless you change plan or cancel. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of the new monthly price and its effective date before the promotional period ends. If that notice is late, your promotional monthly price will continue until the 30-day notice period has passed. No higher price will apply before the 24-month price lock ends.
The offer applies only to the eligible plan and promotional base monthly plan fee. Additional services, equipment, installation charges, usage charges and other applicable fees are not included unless expressly stated.
Some LIVA Exclusive Codes may be shared through approved professional, community, partner or referral campaigns. Additional verification is required only where expressly stated for the applicable campaign.
The initial LIVA2Y offer is available for eligible orders submitted from 14 September 2026 and continues unless withdrawn or varied for new applications. Service availability and address qualification requirements apply.
An extension, withdrawal or replacement of the offer for new applications does not retrospectively change the accepted promotional price or promotional period for an order already accepted during the applicable offer period, subject to the terms accepted with that order.
No lock-in contract applies unless otherwise stated in the selected plan's Critical Information Summary. Refer to the applicable CIS and full terms for complete information.
