LIVA Exclusive Code offer

The LIVA Exclusive Code offer is available to customers who have received a valid code through an eligible LIVA offer. A valid LIVA Exclusive Code must be entered, confirmed and successfully applied during checkout.

The eligible plans, exclusive pricing and offer period depend on the LIVA Exclusive Code applied.

Where a 24-month exclusive pricing offer applies, the promotional base monthly plan fee applies for the first 24 months from the service activation date. Standard monthly pricing applicable at that time applies thereafter.

The offer applies only to the eligible plan and promotional base monthly plan fee. Additional services, equipment, installation charges, usage charges and other applicable fees are not included unless expressly stated.

Some LIVA Exclusive Codes may be shared through approved professional, community, partner or referral campaigns. Additional verification is required only where expressly stated for the applicable campaign.

The initial LIVAEX offer is available for eligible orders submitted from 1 June 2026 until 30 August 2026 unless withdrawn or extended for new applications. Service availability and address qualification requirements apply.

An extension, withdrawal or replacement of the offer for new applications does not retrospectively change the accepted promotional price or promotional period for an order already accepted during the applicable offer period, subject to the terms accepted with that order.
