Former recovery and renewal conditions
The $30 promotional recovery charge did not apply where the eligible internet service was cancelled after the first six months or the customer selected an eligible paid Kaspersky upgrade.
LIVA Telecom did not charge a renewal fee unless the customer separately agreed to renew, upgrade or purchase additional Kaspersky services.
Third-party product
Kaspersky Plus was supplied as an optional third-party software licence. Customers remained responsible for device compatibility, installation and acceptance of Kaspersky's applicable terms.
Nothing in this archived record excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
